Thank you for your packages of beanie babies and extra items for our unit. We recently delivered the donated goods and I
hope you like the pics of that visit and a previous one earlier this year. Please thank the congregants of St. Paul's Lutheran
Church and Ms. Kathy K for their thoughtful donations. I also visited the www.beaniebabyambassador.com website and signed
your guestbook to express our gratitude. These gifts were greatly appreciated by the children here. The pictures do not
do justice the look of joy that fills these children's' faces when we visit. For many of them this is their first exposure
to Americans and they are immensely curious about us and our people back home. I wish you the best of luck in your charitable
efforts back home and thank you once again for making us the beneficiaries of your generosity. My people and the children
here in Afghanistan thank you and the people like you who make these humanitarian efforts possible.
